Lazy Blocking

1. Saturate knit fabric and try to squeeze out excess water.
2. Lay flat on a towel and shape.

 3. fold edge of towel just over end of knit or crochet fabric.

4. Roll up towel carefully, and not too loose or tight, trying to keep shape.
5. Put away for a few hours to a day, or until piece is dry.

Blocking made easy. This is how I tell my friends who dont knit or crochet how to block their pieces. Except, I dont call it blocking, I call it shaping since that is a generic term that most can adopt.

Snowman

http://www.freewebs.com/spunknit1/knittedsnowman.htm

This is a quick and fun project. And you get to totally personalize it with your own hat/scarves/mittens etc.

I'd rate it on the pretty easy level. You only need to know how to increase, decrease and knit! sweet! I love stuff like that.

Try it!
